Fidget is a coding app that introduces babies and toddlers aged 0-4 to the coding world. It lets them make their own stories, animations, games and more!
With Fidget's editor, babies can code projects with a curated library of over 10+ unique and creative blocks. Each block does something different, and can produce interesting results when played around with. Fidget's editor is also easy to navigate. We made sure to organize these blocks into different easy-to-access categories so that babies won't get overwhelmed when trying to find one that they like. We also made sure to add a green flag button that would let babies run their project, and if babies believe they have done a mistake they can press a button that clears the current project code and starts over from scratch. All of these buttons can be found in easy-to-find places.
Babies have the ability to make their projects more lively and colourful by tapping on the Project Settings button on the home screen and choosing the costumes and backgrounds they like! Fidget has a bunch of costumes and backgrounds to choose from, so the different combinations and possibilities are limitless!
